Significant Cases

  • Steve Bennington v. Keith Westercamp and Appraisal Associates Company, United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa (Case No. 10-67)(2011). Successfully defended a licensed real estate appraiser in a lawsuit filed by a buyer of the appraised property by obtaining a ruling that the buyer failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
