Background

Mark practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, real estate, and business law. His practice includes drafting wills and trusts, powers of attorney and advanced directives, representing executors and trustees in all phases of estate and trust administration, and advising clients regarding estate, gift, fiduciary and individual income tax planning and preparation.

Mark is the Chair of Bradley & Riley’s Estate Planning Practice Group and practices both in the Cedar Rapids and Monticello offices.
